Sesame Street Live!

Oh what fun did we have on Saturday when we went and saw Elmo and his friends dance and sing! Ray did a really good job and enjoyed it. It was about an hour and 15 minutes long, that was a little to long to keep a 2 year old's attention for the whole thing, I'd say he watched about 90% of it. The other 10% he was trying to lay on the ground, or trying to get the booster seat (that was provided by the Murat) in a good position to stand on. We had great seats, which made it even better! Alvin lifted Ray up and we told him to wave at Elmo and Elmo waived back, Ray thought that was the coolest thing, he smiled from ear to ear. Here are a few pictures and a really really POOR video but you can see him just dancing like crazy...

I liked cookie monster the best, I wanted to just go and snuggle with him. We had a great time and would go back again.
After that we rushed home to get some lunch and put Ray down for a quick nap because at 3:30 we had Alvin's Aunt Linda and Rory's wedding to go to. It was a really nice wedding. Everything turned out really nice and we had a great time. Congrats to Aunt Linda and Rory!! Ray really liked to dance and play with his cousin's Jess and Brandon. I didn't take many pictures from the wedding but here are a few..
Dancing with Daddy..

You may kiss your bride...I love that part

Its been a loooong day...

Singing with his grandma...

If you would like to see more pictures you can go here and check out my sister in law's pictures, she was the photographer for the wedding.
It was a very busy Saturday, then Sunday we didn't do anything but grocery shop. A great weekend over all.
Bye for now!!!

Bear #2

Everyone told me "you better get a back up Bear, just in case something happens to him" Well after Ray threw up on bear and he needed to be washed (this was awhile ago) I understood what people were talking about. So I introduce Bear #2...

Bear #1 looks pit-a-ful!!! We put #1 up in the closet so that #2 could get broken in a bit. I almost felt guilty putting him away like that! Ray doesn't seem to notice a difference, which I am so glad about. Here's another cute picture of him sleeping with #1..

The Jones men using there brain's, trying to figure things out cause they did some, lets just say some "modifications"..

Getting ready to go down the slide for the 1st time..

Going for his 1st swing ride..

After..

Thanks SO SO much to Ray's Uncle Steve, Uncle Mike, and Grandpa (and sometimes Aunt Dawn :) for working so hard to get it up, and for Grandma and Aunt Dawn for keeping me company and Jess and Brandon for playing with Ray! I had fun having everyone over!
We really cant keep him off the swing, he loves it!! I think he is going to have alot of fun with it for many many years!
On to other news, we got hail the other day. I was on my way home from work and it came down. It was so loud in my van, I really thought it was going to break my windshield. Luckily I was almost home and pulled right in the garage and these pictures are from what was left...

Happy Easter & Bubble Fun!

Happy Easter everyone, I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day (at least it is here) Ray and I colored eggs the other night, it was a great night so we just did it outside, that way I could relax about the mess, cause let me tell you he would just toss those eggs in the cups. It really wasn't as messy as I thought it would be. I think he had fun doing it.

The Easter bunny came this morning and left him with a bucket and a few things, a Barney DVD, a bunny that "poops" jelly beans, and a really neat bubble gun.

Daddy had to go over to Uncle Mikes house today to work on Aunt Rachel's car, so Ray and I went outside to see if this bubble gun was any good, well lets just say I LOVE THIS THING!!! It blows ALL kinds of bubbles. He was trying really hard to get all the bubbles to blow MY way...

I think this next 2 pictures are WAY to cool...

Sayin Good-Bye to the tractor...

Ray loves to take rides on daddy's riding lawn mower, but this year Alvin decided to sell it, so Alvin and Ray were cleaning it up for the buyer and Ray got to play on it one last time. (I have to confess it brought tears to my eyes)

So now Alvin has to cut the grass like this, and Ray liked doing it with him...

Bye for now!!
